Firm Profile
Founded in 1998, Baysal Metal began its operations with the
import and sale of strapping machines. In 2003, the company recognized the
demand for high-quality steel strapping in our country and started the
production of Blue + Waxed steel strapping and buckles. Continuing its
investments in this field, the company expanded its product range in early 2006
by beginning the production of painted strapping, enabling it to serve a much
broader customer base.
Aiming to continuously develop its product range in industrial
packaging, our company made further investments and, at the end of 2008,
established a highly modern and advanced technology PP (Polypropylene)
strapping production line, a joint German-Italian venture.
The PP Straps produced in our modern facility are highly
appreciated in manual and semi-automatic applications, as well as fully
automatic strapping systems. As with all our products, each roll guarantees the
committed net meter length, providing significant cost control and savings for
our customers.
Additionally, through cooperation and distributorship
agreements with some of the world's leading industrial packaging manufacturers,
such as SIAT/COLUMBIA/ITALY and MIP (Midwest Industrial Packaging/USA) from the
M.J Maillis Group, we have achieved the capability to offer reliable system
solutions for both steel and plastic strapping. These solutions range from
simple hand tool applications to fully automatic end-of-line strapping systems,
serving a wide array of industries.
